If you ordered a surprise box, read the distribution date, which varies from box to box.
Free premium delivery to home - free VIP service, conditional on a purchase of NIS 299.
Premium home delivery on purchases under 299 NIS will be charged 29 NIS.

- Underwear and intimate products can only be returned / exchanged closed product
- Exchange / return of products with a shipping cost of NIS 29. The amount will be deducted from the credit or in a separate payment the size of the product exchange

Cancellation of the order is possible for 14 days only, while returning the product in its entirety and in the original packaging.
