•  Underwear and intimate products can only be returned / exchanged closed product
•  Exchange / return of products with a shipping cost of NIS 29. The amount will be deducted from the credit or in a separate payment the size of the product exchange

By sending a cancellation notification email to info@ohglow.co.il 
Cancellation of the order is possible for 14 days only, while returning the product in its entirety and in the original packaging.

Coordinate a quick pick-up by a courier from your home with customer service at info@ohglow.co.il and we will send you a courier to pick up the return.

And what happens next?

At the end of the return, our customer service will contact you to coordinate the refund. You can choose between:
Receiving a purchase voucher for the website or a refund for the payment method you used to pay for the product.
